The Mark Hotel

Plan B designed a hoist common platform that served several functions.  The platform was erected off of a sidewalk shed, which allowed unencumbered pedestrian access along the face of the building cause by the architectural components of the facade.  The hoist ties were designed in conjunction with the existing mechanical openings to minimize damage to the facade.  Additionally, a custom overhead protection system was designed to protect the adjacent property's mansard roof and balcony.
